Cambridge At Home is a cooperative community formed to ensure the timely availability of services similar to those of a retirement community. Capitol Hill Village is a volunteer-first organization. The DC Office on Aging develops and carries out a comprehensive and coordinated system of health, education, employment, and social services for the District's elderly population, who are 60 years of age and older. Emmaus Services for the Aging is the Ward 2 lead agency for the DC Office on Aging. IONA Senior Center is dedicated to enabling older people to live with dignity and independence. The Guide to Retirement Living in print and on the Internet is the only complete database of all senior housing, assisted living, nursing homes, home health care services, and professional resources in Virginia (VA), Maryland (MD), New Jersey (NJ), Washington DC (DC), Pennsylvania (PA) and Delaware (DE). Kalorama Village is a tax-exempt, non-profit corporation established in 2007 to serve as a clearinghouse for the kinds of services our residents want or need in order to remain in their homes as they grow older.
